The first dress arrived fast, it was beautiful. No problems. I always wash my clothes before wearing them and I washed with cold on delicate and I included one of those Shout color absorber sheets which help keep colors from bleeding. However tge black from the raven bled onto the red. I soaked it with more Shout color remover and some Oxi clean and it didn't get the stain out. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new dress right away. I washed it and it washed perfectly, no colors running this time. I'm not sure if I did something wrong the first time or if it was a fluke. You can buy with confidence. This seller has high quality product and excellent customer service. I would buy again.
